Adam Qian has worked as a marine surveyor for 5 years. He mastered a workable level of knowledge regarding navigation, safety watch, collision regulation, cargo stowage, ISM procedure, engine maintenance as well as in P&I and H&M insurance. He’s also equipped with experience in the ship inspection, cargo survey, marine accident and cargo loss investigation, SPRO and marine salvage. He has worked as a P&I or H&M surveyor and participated in dozens of P&I entry and condition surveys, cargo surveys, collision accident investigation, fire accident investigation, hull and machinery damage and repair surveys, ship pollution response operations, personal rescue and casualty salvage operations, underwater oil pumping, wreck removal and refloating operations, etc.
Adam has strong communication skills in both English and French. He holds a Master’s Degree in French Language and Civilization from Tianjin Foreign Language University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in French and English Language and Literature from Sichuan International Studies University.
